Pediatric Drug Interactions with Lansoprazole

• Review antiretrovirals and azole antifungals that need acidic pH.
• Monitor INR when starting or stopping lansoprazole in patients on warfarin.
• Check magnesium periodically for long-term PPI therapy, especially with digoxin or diuretics.
