Support FAQ
Advertising, hosting, and ongoing calculator maintenance add up quickly. Support contributions keep PedsCalc free to use while reducing the ads and reminder prompts needed to fund the site for everyone else.
Active supporters skip Google ads and the periodic calculator reminders shown to frequent free users, and they can manage plans from the same support flow.
Plan management uses the billing portal path, and support staff can help with account or access questions if standard portal actions are unclear.
Active supporters can use the priority bug report and feature request links in the support area. That does not guarantee a request ships, but it does mean it gets faster review and stronger weight in what we prioritize next.
